Cancel any class up to eight hours before start time with no penalty and your class credit returned. Late cancels and no-shows may incur a small fee depending on your membership tier. We do this to keep classes available for waitlisted members and respect everyone's time.

Maximum class size is up to 24 members. The room is energetic enough to push you with the group, but small enough that your coach knows your name and adjusts your form throughout class.

Every STRIDE Fitness coach is a certified personal trainer, credentialed through nationally recognized programs (NASM, NFPT, NESTA), and many hold additional credentials in HYROX, performance training, and specialty programming. Heart Rate Monitors & Performance Data.

Yes. STRIDE Fitness uses real-time heart rate tracking via the Spivi platform during every class. Once your monitor is connected, your effort zones display on the studio screens so you can train with intention, see your output in real time, and track your progress over weeks and months.

This is one of the things that separates STRIDE Fitness from a typical group fitness class. Your workout becomes measurable, not just hard.

The Spivi performance system at STRIDE Fitness Tustin works with most major heart rate monitors:

Most display issues come down to one of a few things. Run through this quick checklist:

  • Did you check in at the front desk? Check-in connects your monitor to the screen.
  • Is your device turned on and being worn before class starts? The system needs to detect a live heart rate signal during the class start window.
  • Is the Spivi app installed and your account created with your STRIDE Fitness email? Mismatched emails are the most common reason data doesn't sync.
  • Try restarting the app or your device if the signal won't connect.

No. Heart rate monitors are optional, not required. You'll get a great workout either way. But once you train with one, most members never go back. The live feedback genuinely improves how you train and how fast you progress.
