How Classes Work

Every day hits different.

At STRIDE Fitness, every day of the week has its own strength focus on the floor and its own cardio mission on the tread. Come three times or come six times a week and you never repeat the same workout twice.

You choose how you want to train that focus, with three class formats running the same daily programming, plus official HYROX training.

Whatever the day's focus is, you can train it one of three ways — plus official HYROX training for race-day athletes. Trifecta is a fusion of endurance, hills & speed.

Treadmill focused. The full 55 minutes run the day's cardio mission — Hills, Speed, Endurance, or the Trifecta. Built for runners who want the session centered on the tread.

Floor Focused

Strength Series

Floor focused. The full session runs the day's strength focus — Abs & A$$, Total Body, Chest, Back & Abs, and more. Built for members who want to prioritize lifting.

Pace & Press

The complete STRIDE Fitness experience. That day's strength focus on the floor plus the cardio mission on the tread, fused into one 55-minute class.
