Every session is engineered to deliver a specific training stimulus, paired with a targeted cardio focus. The result is a complete, progressive, and balanced fitness journey across seven days, with two brand-new class series joining the lineup.

The Four Pillars Behind Every Class

Before we walk you through the week, here's the framework that drives it. Every class on the schedule is built on four key pillars:

  • Strength + Cardio Integration: Every session pairs a strength focus with a dedicated treadmill protocol. No isolated cardio. No isolated lifting. The two work together, the way your body actually trains.
  • Progressive Overload: The weekly structure builds intentionally, from targeted muscle groups early in the week to full-body power by the weekend.
  • Scaleable for All Levels: Every class is designed to challenge advanced athletes and accommodate first-timers. Modifications are built into every movement.
  • Intentional Recovery: Programming cycles ensure no two consecutive days overload the same muscle groups. You'll feel pushed without feeling broken.

Your Week at a Glance

MONDAY: Abs & A$$ (Cardio Focus: Hills)

Kick off the week with a targeted core and glute session designed to ignite the posterior chain and build foundational strength. The treadmill component features an incline-driven Hills protocol, elevating heart rate, activating glutes, and building lower-body endurance from the first stride.

  • Strength Focus: Core (abs) + Glutes & Hamstrings
  • Cardio Protocol: Hills, sustained incline intervals for maximum glute and cardiovascular activation
  • Goal: Establish a strong foundation to start the week with power and intention

TUESDAY: Total Body (Cardio Focus: Trifecta)

Tuesday brings the full picture. A comprehensive total body strength session paired with the ultimate cardio challenge: the Trifecta. Combining hills, endurance, and speed intervals, the Trifecta protocol pushes every energy system and gives members the complete STRIDE Fitness cardio spectrum in a single session.

  • Strength Focus: Full body, compound movements targeting all major muscle groups
  • Cardio Protocol: Trifecta, the ultimate three-phase treadmill challenge (Hills + Endurance + Speed)
  • Goal: Build total-body conditioning and introduce members to the full STRIDE Fitness cardio experience

WEDNESDAY: Chest, Back & Abs (Cardio Focus: Speed)

The midweek session zeroes in on the upper body's powerhouse muscle groups: chest, back, and core. It's a sculpting and strengthening session that builds posture, pressing power, and pulling strength. The Speed cardio protocol ignites fast-twitch muscle fibers and elevates metabolic burn to complement the upper-body strength work.

  • Strength Focus: Chest, Back & Abs, push/pull supersets with core integration
  • Cardio Protocol: Speed, sprint intervals and fast-paced treadmill segments
  • Goal: Build upper-body strength and power while maximizing caloric burn through speed work

THURSDAY: Full-Lower Body (Cardio Focus: Trifecta)

Thursday delivers a complete lower-body overhaul, targeting quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves through a comprehensive strength protocol. Paired again with the Trifecta cardio focus, this session maximizes lower-body muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity simultaneously.

  • Strength Focus: Full-Lower Body, squats, lunges, deadlifts, leg press
  • Cardio Protocol: Trifecta, Hills + Endurance + Speed
  • Goal: Build lower-body strength, size, and endurance

FRIDAY: Full-Upper Body (Cardio Focus: Endurance)

Friday's session rounds out the week's strength programming with a complete upper-body focus, hitting shoulders, chest, back, biceps, and triceps for a comprehensive sculpting and strengthening experience. The Endurance cardio protocol sustains an elevated heart rate over longer intervals, building aerobic capacity and mental toughness heading into the weekend.

SATURDAY (NEW): Power Saturday Series (Cardio Focus: Speed)

Introducing the Power Saturday Series, STRIDE Fitness's newest and most explosive class format. This full-body session is built entirely around power and explosive movements: plyometrics, jumps, throws, and athletic patterns you won't find in a standard class. Every exercise comes with scaleable modifications so all fitness levels can participate safely and effectively. The Speed cardio protocol amplifies the explosive energy of this class.

  • Strength Focus: Full Body, all power and explosive movements
  • Cardio Protocol: Speed, fast-paced sprint intervals
  • Scaleable Modifications: Every movement has a modification option, no one gets left behind
  • Goal: Develop athletic power, explosiveness, and speed

SUNDAY (NEW): Sunday Strength Series (Cardio Focus: Endurance)

Closing the week with intention, the Sunday Strength Series is STRIDE Fitness's newest full-body, strength-focused class. Built around foundational compound lifts and deliberate, controlled movements, Sunday Strength is designed to build real, lasting muscle and reinforce proper movement patterns. The Endurance cardio protocol provides a steady, sustainable cardiovascular challenge.

  • Strength Focus: Full Body, foundational compound lifts with emphasis on form and progressive overload
  • Cardio Protocol: Endurance, sustained, steady-state treadmill intervals for aerobic development
  • Goal: Build functional strength, reinforce movement quality, and close the week with purpose

Three Cardio Protocols. Infinite Results.

Every cardio block at STRIDE Fitness now lives inside one of three distinct protocols. Each one trains a different physiological system, and together they cover the complete cardiovascular spectrum.

Hills

Sustained incline intervals that activate the posterior chain, build lower-body endurance, and elevate cardiovascular output. Featured on Monday and within the Trifecta on Tuesday and Thursday.

Endurance

Moderate-to-high intensity sustained intervals that build aerobic capacity, mental toughness, and metabolic efficiency. Featured on Friday, Sunday, and within the Trifecta on Tuesday and Thursday.

Speed

Sprint intervals and fast-paced segments that develop fast-twitch muscle fibers, anaerobic power, and peak cardiovascular output. Featured on Wednesday, Saturday, and within the Trifecta on Tuesday and Thursday.

The Trifecta

Tuesday and Thursday feature the ultimate cardio challenge: a single session combining Hills, Endurance, AND Speed for complete cardiovascular conditioning. It's the most demanding cardio format on the schedule, and it's where members find out what they're really capable of.

Most studio formats give you variety. STRIDE Fitness gives you variety with intent. The new schedule is engineered so that:

  • Every muscle group gets targeted, then recovered. Lower body on Monday and Thursday. Upper body on Wednesday and Friday. Full body on Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. The rotation is deliberate.
  • Every cardio system gets developed. Hills build endurance and posterior chain power. Endurance builds aerobic capacity. Speed builds fast-twitch power. Across a week, you train all three.
