This past month, our community spilled out onto a balcony at golden hour, climbed a hill together, and turned a Sunday strength class into something closer to a brunch party. Three different events in Aurora, CO. Three completely different energies. One thing in common: the people who showed up did not want to leave when it was over.

Peaches & Peaks: A Strength Class With a Hill Climb Attached
Peaches & Peaks was about pushing limits with a smile on your face.
We tackled a mini incline together, the kind of climb where you're slightly questioning your life choices around minute three and laughing about it by minute six. At the top, we ran a glute-focused strength workout. Lots of laughing. Lots of bonding. NutriShop stepped in with refreshing electrolytes right when we needed them.

Some classes are workouts. Sweat & Sip was a full Sunday experience at the Southlands studio.
We didn't just train, we celebrated. An energizing 55-minute class to start, the same coached treadmill intervals plus full-body strength training that makes our group fitness classes the burn you'll brag about. Then mimosas flowing, fresh fruit, protein cups, and complimentary B12 shots waiting on the other side. Members were fully spoiled in the best way possible.
