The Format
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

The Woodway 4Front is the core of HYROX-style training at STRIDE Fitness. Our Woodway 4Front treadmills have up to 400lbs of built-in resistance via the dynamic breaking feature. This lets you train sled push mechanics on the same machine where you run intervals — building lower-body power and running efficiency simultaneously. Woodways are the treadmill Olympic athletes and elite rehab facilities use, now driving your HYROX race prep at STRIDE Fitness.
