Liz brings over 40 years of experience to the STRIDE community. She is a lifelong runner, avid cyclist, and trained martial artist. Her career spans mental health, criminal justice, business, and fitness industries - the common thread being personal and physical change. As an ACE certified trainer Liz thrives on working with individuals and groups to make fitness a part of everyday life. Liz knows well the dedication and commitment required to create and maintain a focused mind and fit life.
When Liz is not at work, you can find her running or pedaling around town. Liz predominantly runs 5k through half marathon race distances; she qualified for Boston in her first (and so far, only) marathon in 2018. You can also find her enjoying family time with her two boys or camping and planning multi-state bicycle tours.
